      They need to be shut down. They are always charging your card long after an item is shipped and will ucharge you on items that are a flat rate cost. Then they wont give you your money back no matter what proof you have. They also dont have a phone number to contact them through. Complete joke of a company. The fact they can basically steal and no one does anything is shameful.

Its always our goal to make sure were helping our customers to the best of our ability, and this service is an added tool to ensure were right on track. I understand how frustrating it can be to wait for **** to refund unused labels, but sadly this wait time is due to **** policy and we truly wish we could speed up the process for you.We're sorry to hear that our correspondence on this matter was insufficient, but we're happy to help clear things up! Weve reviewed all of your conversations to date, and saw that we credited your Pirate Ship account for a failed refund by **** in 2020 and are currently keeping an eye on the pending refund for your label. Your refund request will be reviewed by ****, and if it is approved it will show up on your Pirate Ship account balance, which you can then refund back to your original payment method on file. As a note, it can take up to 30 days for the results of that refund request, so were happy to keep an eye on the results of that for you and update you as soon as we have more information!Sorry again for the trouble, but we're hopeful that we'll see your refund approved soon!       This company is a scam, they will provide a shipping calculator for you to calculate postage rates. After you make your label purchase, and long after the item ships they will then hit you with additional unauthorized charges without any prior notification. They will claim these charges come from the shipping carrier and the charges are totally bogus. They will claim size, weight or other factors have changed and then charge you more than double the original cost. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SHIPPING SERVICES FROM THESE PIRATES!

      Pirate Ship is a company that if continued on the path currently will be a household name in no time.The customer service user interface and experience is GAME CHANGING! We are not talking talking PPC here. I'd love to sit down with the Founder(s) of this incredible 3rd party shipping service. My sales have increased since implementing Pirate Ship into my business and the time they have saved me is priceless.Thank you!
