              In reference to order # ST1178766, I purchased 2 items of the same color and style, but different sizes on 11/26/22. I received said items on 12/4/22 and neither of the items fit well. I followed the return instructions on the website and shipped the items on 12/8/22. Each item was priced at $113.75 for a total of $227.50. I received an email apologizing for any delays due to a higher than usual volume of returns. On 12/13/22, the items arrived at the return facility. I received a refund of $113.75 on 12/22/22. I promptly contacted customer service and was told they would have to check with the operations team to find out what the hold up was for the balance of the refund. On Jan 2, 2023, I received an email stating that they did not receive the 2nd item and that if I found it, they would honor the return with a return label. I am seeking the balance of the refund due to this being an error on their part, not mine.
