              Nathan, the owner of this business (who bought it and didn't build it) is the most arrogant and narcissistic person I have ever dealt with. It is physically impossible for him to be wrong or accept responsibility for anything. He has the most delusional grandiose view of himself and everything he does. Look up reviews on the internet - few good ones to be found, lots of bad ones. Seems like a pattern. If you are Nathan's customer he will not listen to you, he will not do as you say, he will treat you like garbage, he will never be wrong, you will always be wrong, you will have a terrible experience if you are a tenant and an even worse experience if you are a property owner. There is literally no reason whatsoever to do any business with this guy, he will only cost you money and high blood pressure. The amount of years the BBB lists this company as being in business isn't really accurate, Nathan only bought the company a few years ago before running it into the ground. Whatever happened 24+ years ago didn't have anything to do with him.
