Refund & Exchange Policy – Moratek Computer Service

At Moratek Computer Service, we are committed to delivering quality computer repair, data recovery, and IT support with integrity, transparency, and personalized attention. Because each job is unique and services are provided based on client approval and consultation, our policies are structured to reflect our one-on-one service model.
Service Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed and approved by the client.

 

If a service issue arises within 7 days of completion that is directly related to the work performed, Moratek will assess and make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to proceed with repairs.

Product Refunds & Exchanges

 

New parts or hardware purchased through Moratek come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Refunds or exchanges are subject to the policies of the specific manufacturer or distributor.

If a defective product is received, Moratek will assist in processing the exchange or warranty claim on behalf of the client.

Special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be returnable, depending on supplier terms.

Custom Builds & Data Recovery

 

Custom PC builds and data recovery services are final and non-refundable due to the time, labor, and resources involved.
If data recovery is unsuccessful, the client will not be charged the recovery fee; however, the diagnostic may still apply.

We value long-term trust with our clients. If you have a concern with your service or product, please contact Moratek directly within 7 days so we can review the matter together. We strive to make things right when possible, and always operate with transparency and fairness.
