We have had this Lifeline Security System since 06/01/2020. Whenever I've needed Support to come to the house to resolve a problem it's been a hassle to get a response and get it resolved. The current issue now is that there is absolutely no direction or response from Support nor the Main office in Wilmington Delaware since the month of November this year. I have texted (as instructed). several times, left voice messages 3 times and emailed once ( which came back as Mail Delivery Failure). In the past I've communicated through e-mail and received responses. Each time I have explained in details of the problem. We have a doorbell that now doesn't ring in the house, no activity with the doorbell camera, none on the pad and nothing coming through the phone. I cannot get anything through my phone and at the point it won't accept password change or any form of updates. It's as if I'm locked out. I am so frustrated with this lack of Customer Service. It feels as if this Company is out of business yet still collecting monthly payments through Bank withdrawals ( 19th of each month $9.00 for Support/equipment and the 27th of each month $87.79 for the monthly System cost). At this point I'm paying for no Security Service. Please advise. Thank you ********* *****
