School: The refund policy provides for a full refund of all tuition paid by the student under the following circumstances:
If the student is not accepted, If the Institute should discontinue a Course during the period in which a student would have been reasonably expected to complete his/her training.
Refunds are not given to students due to reasonable delays due to software, programming or hardware faults.

Real Estate Transactions: Refunds or credits are addressed by contract.
