    This is the only company I have ever reviewed. I deleted the first review to give them a chance at redemption, and they definitely failed to redeem themselves. They didn't even try. We have a gas fire place that is broken. We would like to use it during winter but thanks to Marvs, that won't happen. This has been on going for 3 months now and it's been nothing but lie after lie, excuse after excuse. They cancel appointments without telling anyone and claim they never scheduled, yet I have corespondance indicating otherwise. Maybe I should charge them for time missed from work, they would do it to me if I missed. Chris Ivey is an idiot, per his own admission, "guessed" what was wrong with our fire place, without even taking it apart. He then again, per his own admission, ordered the guessed part. He said it was a valve. Thats pure laziness. I hope you don't make it a habit out of "guessing", charging for a part that someone doesn't need, is fraud. Auto mechanics get in trouble for it all the time. When they came over to actually take a look at it this time, they didn't bring the alleged valve. Why wouldn't they bring the valve if they we're so sure? The guy that came over to the house to fix it was rude and said some questionable things that makes me wonder if he knows what he's doing. There actions throughout the whole thing also makes me wonder. He too, ordered a part, he said it will be in, in two weeks. It has yet to come in, months later? I have to call them and ask them the status, they will NOT communicate with you, even if they tell you they will. When I do call, they don't answer, 24 hour service is a lie. They claim the parts are on back order, yet I have used the same company and have never had that issue, neither has anyone else I know. Covid is over, we can't use that as an excuse anymore. If there truly is such a problem with parts, maybe change suppliers? I work outside of the states with no civilization for thousands of miles, yet it takes me less then 2 weeks to get anything I need. How Is Marvs getting such a delay then? Any other company says they can do it in 2 weeks, not 3 months. I try and and call discuss the matter before taking further actions, because a paid project has yet to be fixed, with no end in site, and I keep getting the run around. The president, Ryan Rich, hides behind everyone else. He won't return phone calls and delegates to Chris, the problem. Smart business move there bud, no wonder this company sucks. Clearly, your not the brightest bulb in the box. I have asked for the paper work and they refuse to give it to me stating "I don't understand why you need it". Wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't hiding something. I paid for a service, i expect it to get done in a reasonable amount of time, as would anyone. There is no communication within the company. I would say right brain don't know what left brain is doing, but right brain don't even know what right brain is doing. These problems seem to be consistent with other people. I worked in the industry for several years, I know the games. The reason I left, was because i didn't want to work for companies like Marvs. They blame it on everyone else, like it my problem. Thats for YOU to figure out, Marvs, not me. YOU'RE the problem Marvs, not them.
