Looking at the other reviews, people have had the same experience as I have. I have had countless mistakes made on the end of BFCU formerly Warren FCU in the 20 years I have banked there. The staff working the front lines have absolutely no idea what is going on at any given time. If you have five tellers and ask them a question, you get five different answers. The only thing that matters to **** is growth. I think all the fast acquisitions and downgrades in customer service are going to be the fall of ****. Not that it will close or anything. I think it will just be another giant in the banking world. Cold, frustrating and crippled with lawsuits and bad reviews. I used to think the people that worked there took pride in their jobs and their successes. I thought the people there had a genuine sense of community. Now that stuff is plastered on every wall, but holds no true value or meaning. Congrats on the growth, or sorry depending on what is valuable. Community and customer experience is not it.
