Beyond dissatisfied with their service! We paid for a “deep” clean. No dusting, nothing was moved to vacuum, oven wasn’t cleaned as paid for additionally, sprayed a chemical on our lampshades that will not come off. They stated they would come back to re-do the job and we agreed. We have camera footage of them arriving past the scheduled agreed time. When asked about this, the employee that arrived said she had no idea and stated she was just told to come to our home about 15 minutes prior. After employee was told she couldn’t enter our home to complete the revised services because our children needed picked up from school, the owner proceeded to call and text numerous times after being told their services were no longer needed and they wouldn’t be allowed into our home. Little Joes offered a small and inadequate discount of $100 after we had disputed the charge on our card. We received a letter stating details with 100% dishonest accusations and falsified information. I will not be using their service in the future.

Mr.C***** we appreciate the feed back and the platform to tell our side of the story.We did do a subpar job at your home that we both agreed upon was not to your nor our standard.We then did set a return Vistit to rectify our mistake, at that time we agreed to a time Frame of arrival between 1pm-3pm...Our employee arrived at 230pm in the time frame agreed upon at that moment your wife or mother became very agitated and then proceeded to kick our employee off the property.I reached out several times email phone calls to try and come to a conclusion at that point there was no communication from you.So I did what any company would do I refunded 100.00 of 290.00 dollar bill, for there was work done that you were happy about .Then at that time you also stopped payment on charge of 290.00. Not only did you receive the cleaning you also received 100.00 dollars from the company and the original 290.00 dollar charge. At that moment you were in theft of 100.00 dollars so I had to send all the documentation to your bank for them to make a determination on if the charge was accurate. Your bank did refund the 190.00 to us .SO for you to say we are dishonest is a far cry from the truth.
