      In mid November of 2022 I took my 1985 CJ7 Jeep into TNT customs to put new shocks on my Jeep. The shocks, springs, bump stops and bump stop cans I purchased separately on my own and brought them into TNT for installation. I told them my budget was between $17,000-$20,000. When I picked up my Jeep in March the bill was over $6,000 beyond my budget, so it was $26,500. I told them I didn’t have the remaining amount but could make payments. I made two payments of $500 and asked for an itemized list for the bill and the bill went up another $5,000. This pushes the bill to over $11,000 over my budget and the verbal agreement that was initially made. On the bill it had parts charged to me that I brought in and paid for myself and the powder coat that was done to the fenders (that I didn’t ask for or need) was peeling off. This was all at the end of April and beginning of May. I have asked for the bill to be adjusted and looked at because of the items I purchased and the poor powder coating that was done. I also expressed my concern of the over charge that was beyond our verbal agreement of $17,000-$20,000, not over $30,000. I am financially and morally struggling with these charges. I have requested an itemized bill on several occasions and have yet to get one. I called again on 8/14/23 and requested a run of the billing again and got what is attached.

      I contacted TNT Customs trying to get custom steel work for my ****. They didn't read my actual request and since calling them out on that and leaving a bad review, they have been harassing me via email and I have the emails if you need the.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business insulted me and laughed at me for asking for what I asked for in my original inquiry to the shop because they don't do it and didn't read my request properly. Then they proceeded to continue to do it in emails despite me telling them to stop harassing me when I told them I was going to file a bad review. I have a right to meet disrespect with disrespect. I am willing to take this to court.

      We have nothing else to add to this complaint. As stated before we were unable to help you with your request as we don't work with sheet metal. As a company we don't tolerate Potential customers calling our staff name or being rude to them.

      I am rejecting this response because:my complaint has nothing to do with them being unable, unwilling or not doing the type of work I requested. It's the fact that after they failed to read my original request I wasted time repeating myself to them for them to tell me they didn't provide the services combined with them insulting and harassing me via email after I told them I was leaving a bad review for failure to read my innial job request. I don't want their services. I want them to have. A stain on their record for being childish and insulting because someone left them a bad review.
