            On April 13 a deposit check #**** to finish the garage floor with polyaspartic coating for $1,650 was provided to Jeremy Panter -Slide Lok of Casper (All Things Concrete). I asked for a receipt for the deposit, Jeremy said he would email one and wrote my email down on notebook paper. I called after the check cleared my financial institution on April 14, 2022 and asked for the receipt, he said he was too busy. He has not returned phone calls, emails, text messages or voice mails since 4/21/22, when he asked for a photo of the electrical plug for his sander. He said the work would be done by the first week of May. With the lack of transparency and communication, I request the deposit $1,650 be refunded, as it is obvious he is not doing the work if he can’t return a message.

            We gave Jeremy P***** of All Things Concrete, Slide -lok of Casper a deposit check for $1650.00 April 13th 2022., to order materials to coat our garage floor. He did not provide a written proposal, estimate or receipt. I tried to call mid May to check on status but his voice mail was full. I went to his warehouse address on ***** road but was told he moved 3 months ago. I sent text messages and there was no response until I requested a refund June 16th. He called with a new phone number and said he could start Monday June 20. We were unsure of the volor and he made an appt. for the next day to review. He did not show up nor did he call to reschedule. I called and spoke to Jeremy Friday the 17th and cancelled and requested a refund verbally and followed up with a text. I have not heard from him and I have sent text messages the last one on 8/1/22 saying I needed to hear from him by the 10th of August. No response and today his phone is not taking any calls.
