      Jackpot Rabbit is a gambling establishment... I purchased coins to play with from them ***** as I was playing I hit for 1200 dollars... the maximum cash out was 1k I put in for that.. immediately stared having issues with them.. the wanted to see the copy of card I used for payment they wanted bank statement the they wanted screen recording of bank app.. then my identification then a pic of me holding my identification..... This was over about a 3 day period.. they closed my account this morning with all that money in it cause they said my card was edited...which in no way has it been edited

      Utech Solutions LLC hereby responds to this matter identified as Complaint ******** as follows.
      First, any claim of improper, wrongful or deceptive conduct on the part of Utech Solutions LLC as alleged by the complainant are categorically denied.
      On or about February 1, 2025 an inquiry was received from an individual purporting to be ***** ******* through the online customer service chat system.  An individual with that name held registered account ****** with the company.  Although not clear at first, the issue was eventually clarified by the complainant as having two components. First was a request for verification of the complainants account.  Second, an additional request to confirm a redemption claim. 
      The company followed standard procedures to authenticate the account, verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the claim and confirm the identity of the complainant to ensure any redemption was distributed to the correct party.  As part of the verification process complainant was asked to provide a photo of the card used to make purchases on the account.  The images which were submitted appeared to have been altered, and the complainant failed to provide an image of the front of the card.  As the front of the card was not disclosed it was impossible for the company to verify the name on the card.
      As a secondary measure the company asked the complainant to provide a printout or screenshot from his bank showing the purchase with the company which matched the card details provided.  The complainant submitted a summary statement from Chime with his name on it, but the statement was not current to the relevant time of the claimed purchase and it also failed to have any identification of any purchase which matched the card number. 
      Over nearly a five hour span the complainant disengaged from the customer service chat service on multiple occasions only to return after a delay which he initiated.  Despite numerous opportunities over that span of time and multiple exchanges with customer service, the complainant failed to provide reasonable and necessary documentation despite being given ample opportunity to do so.  He failed to provide sufficient information to cash a check or make a withdrawal at any financial institution yet now claims he was somehow treated improperly.   
      Due to a number of concerns, including but not limited to the questionable images of the card, the lack of the front image of the card showing his name, and the lack of a corresponding bank statement confirming purchases with the card, it was determined that the transaction was potentially fraudulent.  The decision was therefore made to close customer account ****** and to issue a refund for all purchases made on the account.  
      As a final matter responding to this complaint shall not be deemed as an admission by the company.  In addition, the company reserves all defenses, rights, claims and causes of action regarding the complainant whether civil, criminal or administrative in nature.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did send all required and request documentation to business.Last four # of and first 6 of card with my name  were requested,along bank statement  and a selfie with me holding my ID,screen recording of banking app,all of which was sent when asked for.And still claim was denied by business saying that documentation had been altered.Ive played with other similar sites/businesses  and never encountered these types of issuse.
