    We trusted Nukes Technology, owned by ******* ********, to repair my son’s gaming PC. ******* personally picked up the computer, but it was never returned. Months later after we were finally able to make contact he claimed he shipped it back, yet the post office confirmed he did not—the only item sent to us was an invoice, not the computer.
    When we confronted him with this information, he stopped responding, blocked us on his phone and social media, and has made no effort to resolve the issue. We made multiple attempts to contact him in good faith, but he refused all communication.
    We have filed a police report and currently have an open small claims court case against him and Nukes Technology to recover our property. This review is to share our experience and warn others to be cautious when dealing with this business.
    It’s extremely disappointing to have to pursue legal action just to get back what belongs to us, especially a PC that belonged to a 14 year old boy as it was his Christmas present. Considering this company is BBB-accredited, we expected honesty and professionalism but instead experienced the opposite.
    I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before trusting Nukes Technology or ******* ******** with their property.
