    On December 26, 2024 my husband went into Spruce Knob Seneca Rocks building to request a work order to put in interent and phone because we had just moved up there. They put us off for 2 whole months. we contacts them and they kept assuring us we was first on the list and they would be up but never showed up until Monday Febuary 25 to finally run the line for the internet. Now they are saying they are completely booked up and the tech guy cannot come up for another week. We have waiting long enough on them to get internet and phone. there is no service and me and my husband have missed many calls for work.

    submitted on February 25, 2025, Spruce Knob Seneca Rocks Telephone, Inc.
    acknowledges that customer visited our office on December 30, 2024, to request
    service. The customer was informed that fiber installation was required, and
    our outside plant team was notified.
    Due to unforeseen circumstances in January 2025—including
    power outages, heavy snowfall, storms, network outages, and mainline
    repairs—fiber construction at the customer’s location was delayed until
    February 24, 2025.
    During installation, Mr. *******, who was present, raised no
    concerns. He indicated availability for interior installation on February 26,
    2025, but agreed to be contacted if needed. As the schedule was full that day,
    a new installation date was set for March 3, 2025.
    On March 3, 2025, during the interior installation, Mr.
    ******* expressed concern about the delay. The technician explained the
    circumstances, and Mr. ******* acknowledged and understood the situation.

    stability to minimize service disruptions. We appreciate the *******s’
    understanding and remain committed to excellent service.
