From July through September 2019, BBB received several complaints and scamtracker reports on Tri County Delivery Inc. Complainants state they responded to a Craigslist ad for a free piano.
Engr Donald responds "please accept my apologies for my late response, have been extremely busy cause I just move to WV. The piano is for my late wife and it was last tuned late year before she passed..I moved to Morgantown, WV but I wanted to give it out since there is no enough space here in my new home and I don’t want to keep it around due to its sensitive nature. i want you to be aware that am not just giving a scrap or waste, the instrument is in Excellent shape which is why I posted recent pics of it.. If it gets here too I would still be giving it out. The instrument as been moved by the movers, moving my things from my old place to my New Home down her in Morgantown, WV But do let me know if you want to speak to them so you can make new arrangements to reroute the piano to your place after they are done delivering the rest of my properties."

Engr Donald suggests "you can text John on (3 zero 4) eight 02 41 two 8 from Tri County Delivery Company tell him Engr Donald referred you as regards the piano to be rerouted to you. I’ve been busy lately but please keep me updated as to when the instrument arrives at your home so I can be certain that you’ve received it, I would also like to get a picture of it in your home. Have inform John from Tri County Delivery Company to move the piano back to your place once they are done with the delivery. You can text John to make new arrangements with him regards moving the piano, it shouldn’t cost you too much since the distance can be covered within a day. Please send me the picture of the piano in your house."
One complainant sent payment of $465 to a deposit account as requested for the piano delivery, but was then told the piano needed a piano expert to wrap and help move the piano for an additional $300."
No complainants have received a piano at this time.
