Hello, I purchased a vehicle from this company on July 21 2023 and on September 11 2023 my engine locked up. I paid and had my vehicle towed to the closest mechanic I could get it to. For over 2 months my vehicle has sat at the mechanics with back and forth issues with the warranty company not wanting to fix the vehicle and asking for every little ridiculous thing to avoid paying to fix my vehicle. The estimated cost to fix is over $7000. I paid 12,000 which I financed and part of the financing included the useless warranty I was sold for $2300. Clearly it's not worth it for the warranty company to fix this car because they are going to lose a lot of money and this company sold me this vehicle knowing more than likely there was an issue with it when they sold it to me. I'm am still paying for this vehicle that I cannot drive and cannot afford to get fixed and when I contacted them they told me that'd my problem. This is very bad business and they should not be allowed to sell cars. On top of that I did not go on their site first which was my mistake but after reading reviews they have countless bad reviews with the same issue from other customers. Something has got to be done. I have 3 children and now have no vehicle and I'm paying over 400 a month for this vehicle that I cannot drive. It's a 2011 **** ******** Please help. I have attached a copy of my warranty and will be filing a complaint against the warranty company as well.
