I dropped my truck off on 2/23/24 to crossroads Chevy due to it being stuck in limp mode and David who I was dealing with in services came off rude when I asked questions. my truck wasn’t able to be diagnosed until Monday 2/26/24 a few days of no updates I called and spoke with David and he said they’re unsure the issue, might have a few ideas but aren’t sure. a week goes by and still no diagnosis but he says they keep driving it so I’m unsure how there isn’t a diagnosis when they’re driving it and it was stuck in limp mode 35mph. I Called David back on 3/1/24 looking for an update since I haven’t heard anything for a few days and still didn’t have any answers. He comes off like it’s an inconvenience and arrogant. 3/4/24 I called for an update and he said he still doesn’t know what’s going on the mechanics finishing another vehicle then he could possibly look into it. 3/4/24 we are coming to West Virginia from Michigan 10.5 hrs to get my truck that’s still not fixed or diagnosed. Very ashamed since it’s a Chevy dealership with poor customer service.Customer Answer

Purchased a used 2012 *** ****** 1500 on 10/02/2023. It needed some repairs done and we were repeatedly told by multiple parties it would only take 2-3 days to complete. After 9 days and multiple text, phone calls and lack of response we finally were able to pick the truck up. The detail job that supposedly took 4 hours was done extremely poorly. Within an hour of picking the truck up the back up sensors stopped working, the shocks/struts started creaking and popping, and the power driver seat quit working. Called multiple times and finally got ahold of the general manager “Ashton”. Was told that since none of those affected the safety of the vehicle (ability to pass state inspection) they were not liable for the repairs. Furthermore, after reviewing all our paperwork, our maintenance contract states one price, but our contract for the loan states a price hundreds of dollars higher.Customer Answer

I purchased a **** Maverick XLT 2022 on JULY 12, 2022. I purchased this truck based on the excellent gas mileage it would get since I was currently driving a ****** ****** V8 with 14 mpg.
The dealer's window sticker shows 42 mpg city and 31 mpg highway.
This gas mileage is for a hybrid engine that is 2.5 liters vs. the one I purchased is a 2-liter engine; the gas mileage is 22mpg city and 29 mpg highway.
Crossroads Cheverly told me to contact a local Ford dealer to find my issue. When I contacted Sam Galloway Ford's service department to schedule diagnostics for the gas mileage, she looked up my VIN and told me not to bother bringing it in. Because my vehicle is not a hybrid truck, she suggested calling Ford's 800 number.
So, I contacted Ford 800 #, and a representative emailed me the original window sticker for the truck I purchased, which shows 22 mpg and 29 highway.Business Response

To whom it may concern,
In response to your letter in regard to the above referenced concern ID, the window sticker provided by the buyer was generated by a third party vendor who represents details to the best of their knowledge. Sometimes there are inaccuracies, but the sticker states that the vehicle is powered by a 2.0 Ecoboost gas engine.
The buyer was aware of this at the time of purchase.
Please dismiss this complaint, the Maverick was properly represented and Crossroads Chevrolet did not harm the customer.Business Response

The mileage claim the complainant continues to quote was on a sticker added to the vehicle by a third party vendor. Crossroads Chevrolet tries to use vendors that verify all information provided to customers. Unfortunately, this vendor supplied faulty information in this instance. The mileage stated on Monroney labels on new vehicles is estimated and is formulated with averages due to differences in driving styles, terrain and a multitude of variables.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Thank you for admitting that your dealership sold a vehicle with faulty information on your window sticker. Unfortunately, that mistake costs me money by paying for fuel more often. In addition, you are currently selling a used ford maverick xl at your business. That has the same engine as mine, but you are showing the fuel efficiency that this truck gets 23 CITY/30 HWY. How will your dealership compensate me for overpaying for a vehicle I bought from you? Since I am the one that is having to put fuel in my tank more often.
Here is the link to the Ford Maverick you have for sale and two screenshots.***********************************************************************************************************

I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Spark on June 25 2022 with the ******** warranty package which was added to my car payment & balance the warranty price was $1,317.00.
After thinking about the coverage & reading the fine print that was not gone over with me I called & canceled it on July-8-2022 spoke with a lady named Olivia.
The lady said it would take any were from 30 to 45 days to receive credit.
August statement came still I had received no credit for the ******** once again I called I was told that whom ever that it was that I needed to speak with about the problem had already left.
I called & spoke with Matt the manager or though I was told he was anyways he gave me his word he would talk to Olivia and get it taken care of.
Now remember this has been going on since July-8-2022
October rolls around my statement comes in & honestly the some way absolutely nothing has been done.
I am so tired of dealing with these people I want my money $1317.00 I called Matt same story . So I just checked my statement online & I said this time I will be talking to someone besides them enough is enough.
This car lot is a poor excuse for service after the sell.
Please help me get this taken care of ,
They have pushed me off enough.
Thank you so much for your time.
