    Terrible customer service. I have interacted with this dealership for service on a confirmed transmission warranty issue only a couple of times now and each time the service representatives have been rude, disrespectful, short, and dismissive. I will NEVER return to this dealership again!!!

    Worst Dealership or every retail service that I or my family have ever been involved with. First, I with my son buying his first car, negotiate a deal. He goes back 2 weeks later to pick up the car.
    the monthly payment was higher, then after they told me yes free oil changes, ended up charging him for oil changes and maintenance. Sure, he's a little naive, yes, he signed. BUT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM........NOW, after his license plate has expired. They say because you were a couple weeks late getting you address changed on your license. We're going to take our time and get you're the license plate whenever. Spoke rudely to my son on the phone and hung up on him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    VERY POOR customer svc. Service dept operates more like a clip joint than a repair facility.
    We suggest very strongly avoiding this dealer, and making the 30 minute drive to Bridgeport WV to ******* *******  The differences in the dealerships is like night and day.
