              Nicely's towing of Huntington, WV pulled my car from parking space, which was fully paid for. I did have previous license plate listed on the parking app... The problem lies in several items: 1. There is no way to argue or settle a dispute over this. The car was registered to me, and the spot was paid for. The Tower states since plates didn't match, he had to tow. If he can tell if the plates match, he can tell if the spot is paid for. 2. The Tower would not agree to any portion of a misunderstanding, as he only offered to drive me to an ATM for cash only payment to retrieve vehicle. This is nothing more than a scam. No warning, no penalty, no ticket, just a massive, fraudulent tow bill.

              Engaged this towing company to tow a car from accident site and charged an outrageous fee. $850 to tow. car ? To take the car 7 miles from accident site, and there was no clean up involved in this situation either. Just a pick up and take to storage. That is criminal to take advantage of people in such unfortunate situations. Never in my entire life have I had to pay more than $120 to tow a car. I don't know how such companies get away with such an atrocity. So thought I bring this up with the Better Business Bureau and will take it court if necessary.
