              On 10/1 this company picked up my family’s vehicle. They took it to the company location and inspected it to find out the problem “couldn’t be fixed” and then asked my family to just sign the car over to them. When we said no, that we wanted the car back because we believed it could be fixed, they stopped contacting us. They would not return any of our calls, and we couldn’t just drive an hour and a half to their location, as our father was in the ICU and we couldn’t leave the area in case something happened. We left MULTIPLE messages & Geico even sent a tow truck to get the car and they turned them away. They finally answered the phone today & charged my family $553 for the tow & “storage”, despite the fact that we attempted to get it off their property and they sent the person away. They are constantly scamming people out of money, it is not okay and this company should be shut down. Redneck hicks is all they are.

              Aaron and Timothy saved the day! Our car broke down on 64W just outside of Charleston. Called AAA which of course was a no show after we waited for an hour and half. The police then called Hutch’s wrecking service and they came within 15mins. Once they saw we had 2 young kids with us, Aaron phoned over and had Timothy come in a car and loaded us all in. They drove us to the car dealership to drop our car off then Timothy even drove us over to our hotel on the other side of town. These guys were great, and we were so appreciative of their assistance tonight.
