Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no returns on Sage study guides or ACT! software. We do offer a 60 day refund on all new user Sage 50 software purchases.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for a credit to be issued by Best Business Strategies.  RAN numbers are only issued by Best Business Strategies and do not cover the cost of shipping.  All returns must be received No Later than 30 days from its original ship date.
