    After having a friend referral, I scheduled an appointment with Graham-Simon to have my gas fireplace fixed. On the call I stated why my fireplace was not working. When the serviceman arrived on 12/18/24 and looked at it he said the pilot light was on and that they don’t work on fireplaces. On the bill the work summary states he lit the pilot light which was already lit
    I was charged a service call fee for $105.93. However, if I had been told on the telephone they do not fix fireplaces, I would not have scheduled an appointment. I knew the pilot light was on. I feel the company misled me and did not represent what they actually do.

    We are sorry that the customer felt we mis represented ourselves and had a negative experience. After review, we agree that we did not provide services up to our standard and will credit the invoice entirely.

    I called Graham Simon Plumping to have a technician look at my on demand generator as the pressure regulator on the natural gas line feeding the generator was leaking gas. On April 19, 2024 a technician arrived and I explained the problem. He took pictures of the regulator and said he would get back to me. I waited approximately 3 weeks with out hearing a word from them so I called to find out where they were with my problem. The lady told me the technician was still looking into it. I have not heard from them since. On either October 3rd, 4rth, or 5th, (I was out of town those days so I'm not sure which day) I received a bill for $105.93.
    Absolutely nothing was done! They didn't even get back with me or leave a message.
    I do not feel I should owe them 1 penny as they did not do there job at all.

    We are certainly happy to remove the invoice from the customer's account. We would have loved to have this conversation ourselves to see how we could have done a better job. We have not received any communication from the customer until receiving this notice. We pride ourselves on providing a great service at a fair price. It appears we failed to do that here and are happy to take responsibility.
