      Enterprise Sanitation Co is suppose to pick up our garbage every Monday. They constantly skip picking up out garbage. This happens on a regular bases and I have to call their office and tell them it wasn't picked up. They check if my account is current. My bill is paid on automatic pay and is always paid in full. Then they ask is the sticker they provide is there visa key for the driver to see and the answer is always yes it is. Then they say they don't know why they didn't pick it up they will try to contact them on the road or they will leave a note for the driver. It's the same routine EVERY TIME. Some times they get it the next day or two or sometimes it's the next week on the regular day for that week or sometimes they just don't pick it up and I have to call again. This particular time it has only been picked up once in the last 5 weeks. That was last week. This Monday they didn't pick up. I called Tuesday went through the entire routine again. They didn't pick up. I called again Thursday went through the routine again. This is Friday and they STILL have not picked up my garbage. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason I should have to call multiple times a week and beg for my garbage to get picked up when that's their job and that's what they get paid for.
      I am not the only one. My daughter lives in Enterprise WV and she goes through the same thing. And I see several people complaining about them on *********

      Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we provide. We read your complaint and launched and investigation into it. As you are probably aware of the road which you live on is very large and goes many different ways and our new driver didn't know that there was trash there. He was also told by people on the road that it would be closed for repairs and the people were canceling service until its completed. We sent the supervisor up to retrieve the trash and there were only 4 bags because it was picked up the week prior. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know. Thank you, and I hope going forward we provide you with excellent service!

      the trash was not collected last week. We only have approximately 1 bag a week. You can ask the lady that answers the phone of our conversations. I'm fine as long as I don't have to call every week and beg for someone to come and pick up my trash that i automatically pay for.

      They have constantly failed to remove my garbage. I failed to pay the bill one time due to my card on file expiring where it was automatic they took trash pile and won’t return service. The office guy was extremely rude told me that’s my problem. This is the only service I can get for trash as well.

      WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SERICES. WE TRY TO PLEASE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE BEEN TAKING EXTRA BAGS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT EVERYWEEK SOME TIMES MORE THAN WE ALLOW. THAT BEING SAID ALONG WITH ALL THE EXTRA BAG CHARGES AND THE PAST DUE BILL WE FOUND OUT UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION THAT THE TRASH WASNT BEING PICKED UP BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF THE BILL WITH IT BEING PAST DUE. WHEN A POLE IS PULLED AND THE ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE THE CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CALL TO RESTART THEIR SERVICES. WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND IT IS PAID WE ARE UNABLE TO RESTART WITH WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT. SINCE WE HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN RESTARTED AND THE TRASH HAS BEEN PICKED UP. THEY TOOK 36 BAGS FROM HERE WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE ALSO WE MAILED YOU 2 STICKERS BUT NEITHER OF THEM HAVE BEEN PUT OUT YET SO ANOTHER ONE WAS MAILED. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE FROM US JUST PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBELMS.

      I previously wrote because they Refused to pick up my trash. My bill was paid for two weeks prior to that and they said they failed to pick up due to nonpayment. First my card on file which was a reoccurring charge expired I never received a bill or call that’s on them they send me a letter after I already called and made the payment online the woman on the phone was extremely rude. They previously stated I had 36 bags of trash that’s false we have been gone from march to the end of April due to my critically ill infant born on March 10 who had to have open heart surgery. Furthermore after I come home from dealing with the stress of a child that’s preparing for more surgeries and nurses coming in and out I have to fight to get them for 3 weeks to pick trash up nonpayment is not an excuse. I still have not received a sticker however for two weeks they have gotten my trash.
