Me and my wife had looked at a 2009 Jeep from elite preowned i noticed there was a few oil leaks and i let the seller know he said originally “it doesn’t leak” and so i went under the Jeep and wiped the oil on my fingers and showed him he fixed the leaks and we bought the vehicle he said he put new tires and rims on it but hasn’t had it aligned because his shop doesn’t have the equipment i haven’t had the money to get it aligned until this past week i took it to 2 different shops both said “the back axel or rear end is bent and it can not be fixed looks like it has been jumped” Bradley did not check this vehicles and make sure it was safe for my family his excuse was “it was only on the lot for one day” i think before they put it on the lot they should make sure it’s a safe vehicle i have 2 babies under 2 years old and he put my family in danger by selling us a lemon i would like my $3000 back in exchange for the Jeep because they sold it to me with a bent axle I’m not sure what els they would try to pass off on me there could be other problems I’m not sure about and i don’t feel safe putting my family back in it. Elite preowned should have made sure the vehicle was road worthy before they sent me and my family down the road in it
