    Date: 10/23/2025

I had Cove Run Customs LLC perform a 4 wheel alignment 9/5/25 on My 2010 Toyota RAV 4. I noticed after the alignment the rear of my car would go to the left whenever I would go over any sort of rough road or a interstate bridge transition.
I crawled under my car to see if anything was out of place and immediately noticed the rear lateral links which they had adjusted did not have the jam nuts tightened down at all… they where loose, and had backed off 2" from where they should have been.
I called Cove Run Customs LLC and told them what I found and they had me bring it back and they realigned it on 10/17/25.
Immediately after they realigned my car I noticed it was driving the same way as before. So I stopped by there shop on 10/22/25 and told them the same thing was going on. They said “there is something wrong with your car because the alignment is perfect”, and said “you can go somewhere else”, or “we can schedule you in later to look at it”.
So on 10/23/25 I had my 2010 Toyota RAV 4 aligned at ********* Tire in Bridgeport. All 4 wheels had been way out of alignment, more so than the alignment sheet Cove Run Customs LLC had given me on the 17th had shown. After ********* had realigned my car I drove the same road as before... It drove perfectly as I would expect after a alignment.
That same day the 23rd I took my alignment sheet from ********* Tire over to Cove Run Customs LLC and said Look I think you guys do good work, but I think a mistake was made. Look at this alignment sheet, you can see that my car was way out of alignment on all 4 wheels. And now it shows that all 4 wheels are in alignment. And that I confirmed that it did not go to the left any more by dirving the same road as it had before. I asked that they make it right by refunding my money for the alignment since it had not been aligned. After going in the back of the shop for a period of time he came back and told me “he would not give me my money back.”
