    In April I financed a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from Johnson, Son. I agreed to additional $5000 in service contracts, but cancelled them in person with my adult son on April 26 with *********************, finance rep, in appropriate time frame. ($3000 service; $1050 Prepaid Main; $950 Tire/Wheel). ************ **** Johnson have assured me many times that all paperwork is complete & refunds were forthcoming to my account. To date, after multiple contacts with both men, I've not received any of the $5000. On Aug 17 ****** emailed one cancellation form-Service only- & I signed it in his office. Hed backdated it to April 26. Meanwhile, I've been paying interest on this $5000 since April. I have emails, voicemails from both saying all is taken care of. To date no funds are returned to my account. Can you please help?

    I went to Johnson & Sons pretty frequently for oil changes. When they told me my rear brakes were going bad, I had them replace the drums, shoes, and hardware. This was a little overpriced, but the real complaint comes from more than that. After they replaced my brakes, I started having some snagging issues. No big deal, got them adjusted. After adjustment it felt worse than before. After playing schedule tag due to my work schedule, I finally got the truck in. The tech drove with me, I was able to replicate the snagging issue. We got back to the shop and he warrantied the drums. After this was done I was still having the issue. They took a look and charged me for an additional cable/spring. This still did not fix the issue. I went to service again and they told me everything dealing with the rear brakes were new, so this couldn't be the issue. They told me they could quote me for front brakes. I told them the front brakes were not the issue, as my brakes worked just fine before they touched them. They told me there was nothing more they could do. So over $700 later and I went from having a truck that was working just fine to brake issues. I took my truck to a different mechanic, who told me that not all rear braking components were not new, and that they hadnt replaced the wheel cylinders, shoe tension adjuster, and a few other parts. I have tried calling Johnson and Sons multiple times and they will not return my calls. Horrible business with horrible mechanics and management that treats you like you're an idiot and a nuance.
