1 starThey lied to my face about two BMW wagons being traded in. They initially told us they would "lot" them, then when the deal was 80% done they low balled us on the trade values saying there was no way they would put them on their lot, they would have to wholesale them. So I adjusted my trade in ask and still was not given proper value for the trades. Should have walked out but had already wasted 6 hours of a day off and the relatives I went in with to help had found a car they liked. Went back now 4 weeks later for a tube of touch up paint (which they said they would throw in the deal but never did) and sitting on their lot was one of the two wagons traded in for an asking price that was just a couple thousand less than the value they gave us on both wagons. They have an odd definition of what wholesaling a car means. I couldn't find the second wagon but it could have been sold already, it was a rare 535i 5 speed. Both trades were nice with lower miles and one had come from their used lot originally. Shysters. I would expect this from a low level used cars dealer, not a premium brand new store. I've done somewhere around 75 car deals in my time between personally and a business I co-owned and have never had an experience like this. STAY AWAY!!!! I brought this deal into their dealership but they will never get another one from me. Ever.Review fromMary Ann B

5 starsZach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used ***** in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Can't say enough about the outstanding service from Zach, shuttle drivers Mark and Greg, and driver Dave/ Thanks so much!!!Review fromBrian W

1 starI had my car stolen twice from the dealership service lot while in for mandatory recalls. ***************************** is the most aggressive, unprofessional, inconsiderate, greedy and disappointing people Ive ever encountered in my life.Theres a ** **** ****** ****** **** *** ******** ** detailing the incompetence. IA changes their name to hide their terrible reviews, but theyre all owned by the same individuals. They should lose their dealers license and be kicked out of the state of *********.Review fromTiawana A

1 starI was treated very poorly my service representative Jordan had inaccurate & poor communication skills, throughout my entire encounter with him. He called me to inform me my vehicle was ready after paying for my starter to be replaced. I go to my vehicle & it didn't start. The rep was unaware. Then I scheduled a B9 service & when I picked my car up there were two messages regarding my tire pressure. It was late I called the business two days later to inquire about the notes on my paperwork & informing Jordan I had to pay to put air in my tire. Jordan was unaware of my notes never read my paper work and couldn't explain the listed recommendations regarding repairs. I left a message with his supervior Peter ********. Peter never returned my calls. Also my paperwork never had a description of what was all preformed regarding the B9 service I paid for. I am very confused & disappointed that a high maintenance dealer treated me this way. All my inquiries were disregarded & I'm not sure my vehicle actually got serviced. I paid my bills in full each time. The staff is okay with taking my money but not communicating with me. I feel this location is bias due to me being a black female. I trusted this dealer & they totally let me down & now no one wants to be accountable & communicate with me. I know the B9 service includes the technican looking at my brake pads & tire thread, however my paperwork does not reflect that. I am disgusted & will never vist this location again due to the racism I experience.Review fromMark P

1 starWe have purchased many vehicles over the past few years from International Autos. We will never do it again. Apparently they made a mistake on the down payment. At least that is their story. Rather than calling us or reaching out to us in any way they just charge our credit with no authorization for $2000. When I tried to address it I was told my wife gave them authorization. That was a lie. She did not. It is possible a mistake was made but then tell us deal with it professionally dont just take $2000 on my card. I personally believe it was a fraudulent charge and that their remedy for their mistake is equal theft. Be very careful and watch your credit card statements after the deal is done. They ran the extra charge 8 days after the vehicle was purchased delivered.Review fromkaren f

1 starI purchased an SUV from the West Allis Dealer, had it serviced there multiple times (as I did with our previous MB SUV) and looked for a new SUV there this summer but they didn't have what I wanted (a hybrid). So when we found a hybrid at another MB dealer out of state we responded to one of the several emails that we had been receiving from the West Allis dealer asking to buy back the SUV that we originally purchased from them. When we showed up for our appointment we were told that the person with whom we had an appointment had called in sick. Though it would have been nice if someone had called us, since we live 45 minutes away, we didn't complain. They said they'd have someone call us later that day with an offer. When we hadn't heard from anyone by 4:30 we called them. That person had someone call us, who gave us an offer and told us we could bring the SUV in anytime. We were clear with each person to whom we spoke that we were selling the car out right that it would not be a trade in because we were buying a hybrid SUV from a dealer in California. They said if it were a trade in they would be able to offer a little more but since it was not they offered us a lower price. When I called today to make arrangements to bring our SUV in to effect the sale I was told they'd only buy it as a trade in. Really? No where in the emails they sent asking to buy the SUV, at no point in any conversation--not when we made the appointment, not when we showed up and the person we were scheduled to see did not, not when we talked to the person who made the offer--Never did anyone say anything about it having to be a trade-in and in each of those conversations we made it clear that we were buying a car out of state so were not looking to trade in our car. This is beyond poor customer service. This was deceitful, untrustworthy and unprofessional behavior, especially toward a long term customer years.International Autos, Inc.

The offers presented on mailers and emails are dependent on inspecting the vehicle in person. When the customer came in with the vehicle, the out of state dealer was able to offer a more aggressive trade in value.karen f

We appreciate the fact that the dealer responded to our complaint. It would have been nice if they had reached out to us in person given that we had our cars serviced there for 15 years and purchased a car from them. It would have been even nicer if their response had been truthful. We certainly are aware that offers are contingent upon inspections, which is why we drove 45 minutes in for the inspection. Because the person with whom we had the appointment did not show up, someone at the dealership inspected the car and took multiple pictures from all angles. We explained to the people who were there when we came for our appointment that we were purchasing a car from a MB dealership in ********** and that it was neither feasible nor economical to try to trade it with that dealer, so I really don't understand this comment that "the out of state dealer was able to offer a more aggressive trade in value" Had we not been told by the ********** International Motors that they would purchase our vehicle and that we could bring it in anytime (when we explained that we couldn't bring it in until the replacement arrived from **********) we might have made a different decision about purchasing a car from the out of state dealer as we had not finalized the purchase at that time.Review fromEd R

1 starI had auto body work done due to an accident, and then I needed a separate estimate for my passenger side mirror which I had scratched so the damage was only cosmetic. The repair was done but trying to explain to the asst mgr about what I wanted for an estimate and what they gave me for an estimate wasn't even close. When I first dropped off my vehicle in I explained what I needed separate which was just the casing on the mirror, I did the research was done on the 2 piece casing and it was $150 according to the parts dept. However I guess it didn't sink in after a couple of e-mails back and forth to the ass. mgr. It was what I WANTED done not what they thought. The estimate was $1,620 and they tried to justify that. First when I picked it up they would have a tech explain it to be where I just laughed and told them I'm going somewhere else, and then an e-mail after. I then took it to BMW North in Glendale and explained it to them, after they looked at it, their estimate was $155 including painting and labor. They also mentioned I only need 1 of the 2 pieces of the casing. See what happens when they actually look at it? I then e-mailed the estimate to the ass. mgr of IA and her reply was there may be other things wrong...I guess they bill everything whether you want it or not...customer service lessons needed ...Included in her reply was I was difficult the from minute I walked in. I have the e-mails saved in case they want a reply back I guess I just wanted an estimate that I wanted, so I am difficult...so be it Can you say "price gouging?"Review fromLatanja M

1 starI purchased my 2011 s4 Audi Quattro in May 2021 for $17,000.00. I had the car less than a year before the engine light appeared informing me the oil level was low. I drove the car into the IA Greenfield dealership, and spoke with Joseph ****. I mentioned and made him aware that the car was scheduled for oil change services in March of 2022 according to information given me at time of purchase. Meanwhile, I was concerned that the oil light had come on, I drove car to IA Greenfield location where I met Joseph ****. I asked Joseph T was there something going on with my car and if I should I have it looked at. He answered me saying because of the high performance quality of my kinda car this was normal thus he quieted my concerns with topping car off with 2 quarts oil. In addition to the first visit I actually had to take my car to dealership two more times before Joseph T suggested I go ahead and schedule the oil service change before March. So I took the car in on February 9 2022 for maintenance (I paid 338.62 for service) as he gave me a quote for brake pads and rotors 2500.00; only to have my car towed into dealership March 4, 2022 and learn March 10, 2022 that there was internal failure to the engine. When I received the news I was devastated and wanted to know what happened during the maintenance and service.. like did you all for get to put it back together properly, did you put the right type of oil in my car, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CAR???? The only person I was in contact with was Joseph **** because he said he was the head service guy at the location. He referenced his supervisor on multiple occasions but never put me through to him. He only quoted me repair cost in the amount of $33,225.00 and then said his supervisor may be willing to split cost in half but that I would have to still pay $15,000+ outta pocket. I refused, so current status of my situation, a car payment/no transportation, no resolve from dealership, and Joseph **** is no longer with company.
