1/4/22 Had system installed the main part of this complaint is this spent 2100(it say **** it only be 200 dollar if i put down my own like i did in new part of basement) to have some one put vapor barrier down in old part of basement it fell apart! please see some pictures I tried to tell the person that installed it what to do but did not listen also *** is voiding all the warranty even the warranty on the motor he claims his guy said i moded the whole system not true! he came out and had to rehang all piping wrong angle,lead pipe stuck in ground sucking water Yes i did cut the pipe by 0ne inc so it would not keep trying to **** up all the water! there is no shut off switch to turn system off i was told to disconnect the wires! im no electrification! whos going to compensate me for s***** work i had to redo everything that was done in old part of basement referring to vapor barrier per my review First things first do not hire this place to do anything! Had to buy my own exhaust piping (for outside)that was insulated(for winter use) had his man lay radon barrier down in old part of basement! what does he try to use to keep seams together duct tape! gorllia glue and foam insulation in a can! u need to use butyl tape like i did in new part plastic falling off of walls piping stuck in dirt owner say thats all good if so why only one pipe!? Should a used a perforated drain pipe ran threw basement remind u there is no drain tile ect it is a hard packed dirt floor Also can not have pipe stuck in ground sucking on water its not a sump pump! **** for nothing but sloppy work Also gave me a short term radon test no where to mail it to (correction suppose to mail to him ? where to??) and no directions And too many other things to mention and forgot to mention the radon barrier i did lasted 4 years already the one they did well look at the pictures installed 1/4/2022 nothing but problems
