  Double hung window design and functional features are excellent. The ability to tilt the windows inside the home to clean the exterior glass is fantastic. Justin and Josh did a great job with the installation. Fast, hardworking, and professional.

  This was our 3rd install of new RBA windows within the last six or so years. Francisco and Charles did a great job! They were very professional, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. All three install experiences with RBA have been fabulous. We still have two other large windows that might need replacing at some point soon. We know who to call when that time comes! Thank you so much for another stress-free experience!

  I selected this business for my project because of their strong reviews. I was very disappointed. Initial order came in with wrong material which they installed then had to remove and reinstall the correct material. Turned out my patio door was not installed properly and the first rainstorm, I had water pouring into my dining room. They pulled that door and reinstalled it, poorly. I am currently waiting for the third try to install my patio door correctly. First install attempt was four months ago. They say they are attempting to make things right, but so far, they have not been successful. I gave them two stars instead of one because three of the four windows I had installed were installed well after they replaced the incorrect trim material.

  I had to have a brand new Anderson window replaced within three months because the two locks did not work properly after the first month of original installment. I was so pleased with both installations (Joe, Brian, Tyson) - everything went very smoothly. They were professional and cleaned up inside and outside after their work. Always on time. Shannon, the scheduler, was instrumental in keeping everyone on track, including me with information. Thanks!

  Carl and Carl jr. did an excellent job. Despite the difficult location of one of the windows, the job was done to perfection. Everything was left very clean after they finished. Great job!

  Both Carls were terrific ?? Respectful of my home treated it like their own! Real Craftsmen took the needed time to get it perfect! "I love my new windows" Now every window is in great shape. This phase took a entire week they went above and beyond even working in the rain ?

  Mike and Nick did an excellent job installing our windows. Very neat, answered all questions, and respectful to our wishes during installation. We will likely be replacing the few additional windows we have, and we will request Nick and Mike for any future installation.
