    Wish I could include before & after pics because I think our job was a bit challenging. We replaced a door with a large window. We opted for wood to be installed below the window so it looks much like our patio doors. Couldn’t be happier with the end result! Our installers, Jacob ** And Coleman, were knowledgeable and accommodating. Quality service. Quality product.

    I was extremely happy with the quality of the service/installation of my Andersen Gliding Doors. My installation team, Brendan and Ethan, arrived on time and were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They took great care to protect my floors and furniture while working. The removal of the old door was done quickly and cleanly. The new door was installed perfectly. They made sure everything was aligned and functioning properly. The craftsmanship is excellent. The door slides slides smoothly, seals tightly and looks fantastic. The finish is clean and all the trim and hardware were installed perfectly. After the installation was completed, the team cleaned up thoroughly, vacuumed and removed the old door and all packaging materials. My new gliding door has already made a big difference in the look and feel of my home. I would highly recommend Renewal By Andersen for anyone looking to install a patio door.

    We had two patio doors installed by Jacob and Coleman yesterday they did a fantastic job… very professional and energetic hard working and respectful in all phases of the take out of the old doors and the new installation…we would give them 10 stars and highly recommend Renewal by Andersen… for your next doors or window project…

    We were very impressed with our installation crew. Josh, Jerry, Quinn, Charles, and Coleman were diligent, very professional and did a great job! Clean up was very good although my sole quibble was a couple of dusty stairs. Everything else was thoroughly clean. I certainly give the installers 5 stars although was less impressed of the rest. For example I was supposed to receive a survey but never did. The explanation was that it can only be sent once regardless if I received it.

    The two windows we bought were not a good value. Two windows, one quite small and the other average were nearly $7000! We ordered mid April and they were not installed until end of July! The installation went ok though we still have not figured out how to get smudges they left on the glass..: we think it was the caulk they used. Also there were large wood chips from the demo left on our roof outside the small window. Finally, a couple of very small scratches left on our existing wood trim inside I had to ask them to repair. They just used a marker. For as long as it took and how much it cost I was hoping for near perfection. They also had three separate people on the marketing sales side, full color thick brochures and they are at every fair or festival which helps explain the high cost. Never again.

    Great job installing a large closet window in our second story master bedroom closet. We are so excited to now have the option to open up a window for cross ventilation. Great quality window with professional insulation. Brendan, Ethan and Ian did an excellent job.
