We hired Siding Unlimited to install siding, gutters and trim on our home. They started the job on 12/6/22 and as of 6/14/23 they have not completed it. There are many areas where the work was done poorly, the siding installed incorrectly, caulk missing and several window screens were damaged. They repaired the screens but have not reinstalled them yet. We have contacted the salesman that we worked with and called their office several times. The salesman has been to our home a few times to take pictures and document the problems. He has agreed that the problems need addressing. We've also provided a detailed list of what needs completion. They sent a crew out once to finish the job, but the crew left without completing the work again. We've asked for contact information for the owner but they refuse to provide even an email address. The salesman has told us that they are waiting for a time when the same crew would be able to come out to finish. Since that crew has made so many errors, we have no confidence that the work will be done properly. Right now we are just getting the runaround and don't know where else to turn for help. Our total cost was about $60,000 and we've paid them approximately $55,000, with the remainder due upon completion.
