I chose CertaPro painters to paint the exterior of my house, they offer a 2 year warranty, some of the paint on my house is bubbling up and peeling off. I contacted them and they did come out to look at the property. They agreed that there are some places on my house that do require touch *** i did receive a text on May 26th telling me they would be out the middle to end of June. They didnt show up, nor contact me with any updates. I reached back out to them on June 26th asking if they had a date in mind to come out to do the touch ***. They sent me a text on June 27th saying they will be out within the next 2 weeks. Again nothing. I sent them texts on July 30th, August 3rd August 15th and August 25th asking for any information. Finally on August 30th, they texted that they would be out the following week to do the touch ***. Again, nothing! I have Called several times since then asking to speak to someone and I have always been given the same answer. **** reached out to someone about getting your job done and they will be calling you later today or tomorrow to get the work scheduled. And now it is September 19th, I have called again and got the same old answer, It seems to me that they are avoiding having to do the warranty work. Im not sure what other recourses that I have. I just want the work done.
