      I have tried repeatedly to reach Kinex regarding a bill. I cannot get anyone to respond. I spoke with one woman, initially via phone, but she did not do what she said she would. My insurance company has asked Kinex to provide further information, but they will not. I will never use them again. My insurance has said I am only responsible for one amount, but they are billing me for another amount. I have mailed, emailed, attempted their online chat and not one single response. This is beyond frustrating. Their hours are the same hours that I work and I cannot be on the phone during work hours. I used them previously and did not have any issue, so I trusted the lady when she told me to sign the form, just incase my insurance did not pay, but was assured, there would not be an issue. Such poor business practice.

      They are not above lieing to you once you are finally able to reach them. If you aren't handing over money, they have no time for you as a patient. Home office said my deductible was $150. Local agent said no, it was $250. Ironically I have no deductible. I have experienced the negative treatment reported in review after review. My insurance file is noted to never use Kinex as a future DME.
