I took my approximately fifty year old Sansui receiver to Konnection Electronics to be serviced because it wasn't playing properly through the speakers that I have in my household. *****, the store owner, and I discussed that I wanted it cleaned as well troubleshooted so that everything was operating properly. I paid $100 cash for the repair which involved cleaning, electronic repair of a board and replaced light bulbs. No paperwork detailing the work supposedly preformed on my receiver was given to me when I picked it up on 7/23/21. When I tried to hook it up I noticed the the back panel was as dirty as when I dropped it off and after connecting the speakers I got out of one. Also, I didn't receive a receipt and he asked that I pay cash or I would have to pay $25 more.Business response

I really don't know what is going on here. I did ****** worth of times and parts and charged this gentleman only ******. I also gave him his choice of payment. If he wanted a receipt I would have gladly supplied him with one. The other thing is if he had a problem and would have contacted me I would have done whatever was needed to solve the problem.
