      I went to Aspen Dental on Oct. 19, 2022 with my 5 year old dentures to get them fixed since they cracked. I made an appointment to get new dentures made Dec. 08 ,2022 to get new dentures made because my old dentures cracked. My husband and I were out eating Chinese Food and my new dentures cracked and they hurt pinching my tough . My husband took me straight to the dentist to get them fixed. Brand new dentures should not crack in a few weeks. I talked to the Dentist ******************* and told him I wanted new dentures , my new dentures dentures should not have cracked. He told me if they crack again he would make me a new denture I said ok. My dentures cracked a second time March 23, 2023 . I complained that my dentures cracked a second time . The owner Alison ***** came out to talk to me, I told her my dentures cracked a second time and how up set I was. I told her I just want new dentures and told her the Dentist ******************* told me if the dentures cracked again he would make me new dentures. Alison went in back to talk to the dentist , which was quite a long time. Alison came back and told me he did not say that. I told her I wish I would have taped it. She said that is against the law. Before my dentures cracked a second time I was trying to get my records so I could request a refund on my dentures. They had a posting of there money back guarantee on the office wall, that said (we insure that you're 100% satisfied with your dentures. If you're not, we'll refine them until you are--(or you get your money back.) I have been trying to get my records from them and they kept telling me there computer was down. This was going on for over a month that there computer was down so I could not get my records to get a refund .My dentures did not fit right to begin with and they hurt, but when they cracked that was it . I got my cracked dentures backed but they hurt so bad that I had to hand file them so I was able to wear them, I cannot live with out dentures in my mouth . Then my dentures cracked a third time and cracked in half I called them but they would not return my phone calls at all.I tried calling the ************ for Aspen Dental they would not do anything at all. So with the way Aspen Dental has treated me, I am trying a new Dental office (********* Dental *********************************************************************** ) to have new ones made. Aspen Dental should refund what I have spent for my dentures because their dentures kept cracking and they have a 100% refund policy if not satisfied. Below is a picture of the Aspen Dental dentures that cracked a third time.I had to get new Dentures made since Aspen Dental would not make me new dentures. Reimbursement for the cost of my broken dentures. My insurance covered $1255.90 and my credit card was charged $765.00. They owe me $2,555 I went to ********* Dental . They made me new Dentures which I have now. July I would call Aspen Dental but they would not return my call. I did call Aspen Dental on NOV. 12 and the 29 OF 2023 of Nov. to get my money back again . I did get a call from Aspen Dental on Nov. 29 . Mr. *** said he would refund all my money's . I checked but nothing is being done

      I never take time to do reviews but this time I really want to warn others. I have been to different dental practices in my adult years and I have never had an experience where I feel that they don't know what they are doing as they did with this Aspen Dental at **** * ******** **** ** ********. i had a small chip at the end of my tooth that needed to be repaired they agreed to fix it took payment from and my insurance and within a 10 days I was chewing and a large chunk of my tooth came off into my mouth. They clearly removed a good portion of my tooth to repair my tooth, and replaced it with inadequate material which didn't hold up two weeks. Awful, that's not the worst part. They refused to fix what they did by putting it back on me, telling me they told me it would not hold up but I choose to do the work anyway. Who would be told something like that and still decide to repair a small chip that was not that bad compared to what I ended up with. This place should not be operating in a third world country much less the United States. I gave them one star so I can leave a review. If you value your teeth be aware what may happen if you choose this dentist, they are only about the money not at all about client satisfaction, and quality work.
