  Well we will start with I hired epoxy flooring done right in Watertown Wisc I did my research with alot of work they performed in Oconomowoc and waukesha I hired them love my floor and yes they missed one spot and Sean can right out and repaired like he said he would

  Should be called Epoxy Flooring Done WRONG! These floors will all look good right away, but knowledge, quality workmanship, integrity as well as honesty make a good business - this is not one. I was completely considerate and understanding with all my communication with him, never threatening, demanding or difficult at all, its a garage floor not the end of the world. Had some issues with the floor after half a year, I knew it was all downhill when he would promise to show up and no-show or not reply to my messages, can't count the number of different excuses. 2 years of hassle since. After constant messaging and 6+ months he would finally show - did some awful looking patchwork but every time other issues pop up, then repeat the process with him, essentially begging him to stop out again. He keeps blaming efflorescence and vapor and that the manufacturer won't warranty it (forget that lifetime warranty, I'm sure the manufacturer won't cover bad prep) Even offered to pay to repair it multiple times. Finally he ripped off a different area, cited dampness and recommended a mud jacking company - CRC est ****. Had CRC out, they didn't feel there was anything to fill/fix and while here called him to talk - he hung up on us when the guy with 35 years in the business told him the footings were poured concrete 4ft deep not 2 as he stated, and had a vapor barrier under gravel (based on age, verified with the builder) - nothing rude, just click. *** was shocked at his behavior and recommended ***** ******* Had them and another estimate - both have seen issues like this and it was clear professionals know how to handle it - vapor barrier coating mult day cure (he did not offer this), they also put grit into the floor so it isn't slippery like ours and they back it with a real warranty. Check NARI, do homework, we used ***** ****** est ****, cost to remove this junk and install a real floor was not that much more. Multi thousand dollar ****** learned. Deserves 0 stars, run away

  After looking into your complaint I told you water was pouring under slab moisture was a 98%  I said we would repair it but will fail again intill you fix your down drains which are broken into concrete no one from our company said we would not fix it

  Sean did our garage floor 2 months ago, he did a terrific job and I get tons of compliments. He was very responsive and came when he said he would. We would highly recommend him.We love the floor and the quality job.**** S.

  Today after waiting 2 months for my garage floor to be done, and putting down a retainer of $400.00, **** the owner arrived prior to my car being removed from the garage as it was only 9:30, parked at the curb, threw up his hands and saidnope, not doing this. I asked why, as he rudely walked back to his truck and he said because there was stuff on the shelves and the garage was to be completely empty. This was a surprise because his co-worker who came and did the estimate and whom I had been chatting with over the last two months told me it wasnt a problem. The heavy metal shelf units run the length of the garage and are 3-4 off the ground and I was told they could easily use a special tool and go under them. He drove away and so I called the office and left a message; **** of course returned the call screaming at me and told me to go ##*% myself and hung up. I would not recommend this company. I will have to say one thing positive, he did promptly refund my money but posted lies on the website stating I asked them to help move things, and stating there was a grill, brooms, etc in the garage, which I have never in 24 years had a grill in my garage and all tools, brooms, etc are hung on the walls not the floor. Very rude business owner!
