            I used 2 Seasons Heating and Cooling 2 years ago and they replaced my heat exchange because it was cracked. Its was under warranty. Now its cracked again. I called them because its dangerous and can emit carbon monoxide into the air and because it was warrantyed by them I thought I should contact them again. Mike was rude, telling me it was not an emergency and to call Monday if I wanted to discuss the warranty and hung up on me. I will never use this company again! I suggest no one else does as they do not stand behind their work AND they are rude to customers. I am very unhappy with this company. Thank goodness I found a company, *** ******* ******** * ******* ** ***, that helped me contact the maker (Williams) - they warranteed the heat exchange and are shipping a new one as we speak. Thank God I dont have to contact 2 Seasons Monday to try to get thier help!

            Actually you called us on Wednesday after 5 o'clock asking us to contact ******** company about a refund from 2 years ago I asked you why are you waiting 2 years to ask about a refund and then call after hours and it was a holiday I told you NO manufacture was open during a holiday, to please call during business hours so we can contact them You just didn't like that answer well I`m sorry but big corporations are closed at that time I see you called some other company during normal business hours after the holiday and we did nothing wrong and also told you 2 years ago that the heater is way to small for your house which is why it keeps cracking but you did not like that answer either and labor warranty is 90 days by ******** its been 2 years so im not sure what we could have done to help you at that time
