    We booked our rooms on ********* and when we got there they charged my card again for the rooms even though we already paid. I still have not gotten my money back. There were other patrons that had the same experience

    Customer service was terrible and they threatened to charge double when had complaints. This was 2 stays in a row that they tried to add upcharges and threatened to charge extra for having their autistic child staying with them. Extremely disappointed with customer service and businesses should NEVER threaten a customer.
