Been using them on and off for a few years. Recently bought a newer vehicle that i plan to use only this brand of oil in. So far I've never had issues and packages come well packaged.Review from Masood Z

The worst customer service that I have ever seen.Bunch of careless people who dont care about customer satisfaction.I regret doing business with.I was informed that my package was damaged during shipment when I asked replacement they told me its under investigation.Investigation for what???I got my order after 8 days Their customer service is not satisfactory at all and their products are pricey.Review from Alex M

I have been a customer since 2009. Recently when placing orders I noticed Amsoil follows with additional charges after placing order. For example I placed order for Diesel Signature oil for my Ram 2500 Cummins and the total was $159.49 then the charged my credit card additionally for $55.74 Another order I placed for $86.84 and they charged additional $25.84. I called to ask why they charged the extra whatever and I was told they did not know what that was for and the refund will be issued. Two weeks later no refund is issued! so I called again and was told the refund will be issued today. I really don't need this hassle from Amsoil and will not order again from them. There are other really good brands on the market which I am willing to try. Goodbye AmsoilAmsoil Response

We have fixed that issue so it will not occur again for any customer. We have also issued refunds for the additional charges and have taken the proper actions with the employee who didn't promptly resolve this issue. We are very sorry for the issues and inconvenience. I placed an order with Amsoil who had a promotion for free bottles of Quickshot fuel stabilizer if your order was over 130.00 you would get two free. I ordered extra items just so I could receive the promotion and upon receiving my order there was no Quickshot. I called and Hannah stated she would check with a manager and see if she could send them to me and said she’d call me back. Never heard from her, the next day I spoke with Anna who was rude and said Hannah was busy, explained my situation to her and she said per policy they could only give me 4 5 $ coupons to be used on the next order, I told her I needed the stabilizer and that I would have to pay for shipping now where it would have been free due to the amount of my original order. This has happened to others if you read the reviews and I told her that. She was very rude, I won’t be ordering from them again.Amsoil Response

Thank you ****** for letting us know about your unsatisfactory experience. We have researched your order and listened to your telephone calls. We should have done better. We are making changes with our online order process to prevent similar issues in the future. We are also providing more options and better training for representatives to help them better resolve similar issues in the future. I ordered oil from Amsoil, then they contacted me because they had a duplicate account with same name. My name is Bradley P**** in Michigan, other customer is Bradley P**** Arizona. They said they fixed issue and apologized. I ordered more oil, now they have suspended me because they say I am selling oil on line in Arizona. Customer service doesn’t listen, doesn’t even bother to check payment history on order that was shipped to Arizona. You can see how innocent people go to the electric chair when they are innocent. I work for a International Truck in Detroit and will relate my experiences with this company. I regret all the money I have spent with them. **** *****Amsoil Response

We apologize for a very unusual and unfortunate issue that occurred with ********* account. We have taken corrective action to eliminate this confusion and prevent similar issues in the future. We have restored and renewed ********* account for another year. We have also offered a complimentary oil change to help offset some of the inconvenience that ******* has experienced. I ordered from Amsoil yesterday and was charged the full amount of $136.05, which shows as pending in checking. I look today (next day) that $99.88 was pending in my checking account. I called and was advised it was because some items are coming from a different warehouse and the total will come off the next day and I will get another charge of $36.17 to equal the total amount. I don't think it's right to charge me almost double, even if it is pending, before taking the full amount off. My checking is not even close to be overdrawn, but what if this happens to someone else and overdraws their account. There should be a better system to handle these kinds of situations. I think it is very, very poor on Amsoil's part.Review from James S.

I have been a loyal Amsoil customer since 2016 and have always used their oil and oil filters, along with many more products and have never had an issue up until a few days ago. I ordered an oil filter on October 15th, 2020. Order # ********. I had the Amsoil oil filter installed 3 days ago on my 2008 Infiniti G37 at a local Express oil shop. Only a filter change no new oil as my oil has been recently changed out. After driving on the highway for a few hours I stopped and noticed my car losing oil as oil was all underneath the car, rear of the car and leaking heavily. I checked my oil dipstick and it read very low and I ended up being over 2 quarts low on oil. I had the oil filter changed out at a express oil shop and they told me the gasket was warped on the ams oil filter, which I have pictures to prove. I then had them add over 2 quarts of oil to get it back to reading properly full on the dipstick. The tech verified that the oil filter was on the housing tight and there was no double gasket. All in all, I lost over 2 quarts of oil and I could have had catastrophic engine damage as a result the bad amsoil oil filter that had a warped gasket that didn’t seal properly over the housing causing it to leak oil.

I have to say out of all the different oils I've ever used this stuff is the best! I have a 2013 3.5 Ecoboost that has what Ford call the death rattle. The noise when I started it after sitting for several hours or more was horrendous. I changed the oil to the signature series like my other vehicles and to my surprise, just switching oil almost eliminated the entire noise. I have tried a lot of oils that say their brands are the best but Amsoil is the real deal. I've ran it in all 4 of my vehicles but to actually see the proof in front of our eyes was amazing

I have been using Amsoil for over 16 years. The oil itself is good, but the PRICE is TOO HIGH. I recently looked on another unbiased website at other oils. There other oils that are comparable and one I found to be superior. All of them priced lower than Amsoil. I am trying out another oil and so far, so good. After 16 years, I will be switching over to this new oil. Now Amsoil has asked me to renew my membership at another $20 a year. NO, I'm done. YOU HAVE PRICED YOURSELF OUT OF THE MARKET.

We have been forced to implement price increases recently as our raw materials have gone up significantly. We are hoping that when supply chain disruptions subside, we can lower our prices again.
