I signed up for lawn service this year, prepaying the season prior to the initial service. The company offered an unconditional guarantee that if there were a problem it would be resolved or money back. I called to report weeds and clover in my yard and was told it would be addressed. One week later I called to ask why I hadn't seen anyone and was told they had run out of product, but they just received it and they would be out to address the problem. I asked them to have the technician call me prior to arrival so I could discuss the issues. One week later, I went on vacation without getting a phone call. One week later, when I returned I discovered a notice on my front door that a technician was there and applied a weed killer, and that I should water the lawn in order activate the application. I called the company to explain there was no watering for 6 days and asked for someone to come out. When the technician, *****, arrived he started to tell me my lawn had a disease. When I tried to change the conversation to the initial issue, the weeds and clover, he told me it was taken care of. I questioned what he was telling me, and he said, "This conversation is over, F*** Off", got back in his truck and left. I have never been associated with a company so unprofessional and inept. Since my issue with weeds has not been resolved, I requested a refund of monies paid. If the refund is not forthcoming, I shall initiate legal action.
