Purchased a recliner (3/5/2021) and in the end of November noticed it was hard to close the foot rest to the recliner and the pull handle was hard to pull the chair shut. We honestly noticed the chair was hard to close from the time we purchased but figured it was the "way of the chair" We noticed wood chippings on the floor called ***** outlet to have them look at it for it was under warranty. Come to find the bottom mechanism was all messed up. We first noticed this right before Christmas, called them the week of Christmas. Didn't expect much to be done at that time due to Holiday- dropped the chair to them on 1/19/2022, was told they would correct the problem since it was under warranty and here it is 2/13/2022 and when I contacted them again on 2/11/2022 they told me they are still waiting on the part. I've been without this chair for quite some time. I have back problems, I have no where else to relax in my home. I feel like I am being "passed off" on this and not getting the chair fixed. I understand COVID causes a delay in getting parts, but I feel this company has not tried to satisfy me. When I call I get told " we are running a business and this is not a priority" I am sorry but I was a paying customer! I don't have gobs of money to spend and honestly if I did , I would just drop this and move on and buy something somewhere else. This is beyond frustrating . I have a 16 year old cat that also sits with me and we haven't had a place to sit since Christmas. Its getting really old and I beyond done with the excuses. I want the chair fixed or else give a new exact chair!
