Refund and Exchange Policy
Any normally stocked products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date a shipment is received. Special orders may be returned within 30 days from the date a shipment is received subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns made more than 30 days after the date a shipment is received, but less than 90 days after the date a shipment is received, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted more than 90 days from the date of sale.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form, listing the Return Authorization (RA) number and order number. Items must be in new, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and resalable condition and include the original manufacturer’s packaging. Any items not meeting these requirements may be subject to additional fees, or may not be accepted.
