DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a graphics card from this company in May of 2021 (Order #***, total amount: $1,589.45). The item was for preorder and was estimated to arrive some time in June. However, the date I would receive this item kept being delayed and delayed. I maintained communication with the company until December of 2021. When I contacted the company in December I was running out of patience and I was assured I would receive my item in January of 2022. Because of this, I held off on asking for a refund. January passed and I did not receive any update. I emailed and called the company multiple times and did not receive an answer. By then, it was too late for me to file a claim with PayPal. It is now April of 2022 and they have not responded to any of my emails or calls. I messaged them on Instagram pretending to be a new customer and finally got a response from the company within a few hours. However, when I mentioned my past order and asked for a refund I did not get a response. Before buying I was assured that I could cancel the order and receive a refund at ANY time before it was shipped. I cannot receive a refund and never received my item! They refuse to respond to me! This company is a scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
