If we do not deliver exactly what you ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurred shipping fees will be at our expense.
All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund or an exchange. Orders placed in error are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are offered as exchange only. The freight both ways is your responsibility.
Damaged Merchandise
We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise.
For damaged merchandise you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of materials. For defective materials, you must notify us within 90 days of receipt of materials.
All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a replacement.
When you receive the replacement product, return the damaged or defective parts back to us to reconcile your account.
