- This company guarantees to resolve initial concerns or refund its fees in full with the following provisions:
1) The corrections are designed solutions - all measures in the Scope of Work need to be implemented.
2) Wet attics - guarantee good until homes air barrier between living space and unconditioned exterior areas are broken.
3) Window condensation - guarantee good until air exchange design is modified or filters/grilles in devices are not maintained.
4) Uneven heating/cooling - guarantee good until either the exterior building is opened/changed or the air distribution system is altered or not maintained.
5) Back drafting issues at water heaters, furnaces, boilers, space heaters or fireplaces - guarantee good until either the exterior building is altered, air distribution system is modified, new exhaust fans are installed beyond those in the Scope of Work, or interior remodeling installs new doors in rooms. - Business Categories
