    So I had a reservation with the hotel already paid for through Priceline and all I needed was a card for incidentals. I provided a card. The staff ran the card multiple times I told them not to because they had already gone through come to find out. I called my bank in all my funds were frozen because the card did run all the times they swiped it so now my phones were frozen and was gonna be a few days to be released to me again so the hotel refused to let me check into my reservations due to the fact that I no longer had funds for the incidental hold I told him that was an issue that they caused and that they should have some type of resolution for the inconvenience instead refused to let me check in and now refusing to refund me my money also going as far as making up, lies and allegations about being arrested by the police and the police being called and are very unprofessional about conducting business

    I called the main number and to book a new reservation. The initial greeting was in Spanish. I didn’t have a problem with that the prompt then asked you to select 1 for new reservation, 3 for shuttle service and 2 for the front desk. I press 2 for the front desk and was advised to call back the same number and press 1 for new reservation. I did, as I was instructed to do. The representative that I spoke to did not give his name, but did state that he was an employee of Radisson, so I proceeded with making my reservations, after giving him my credit card number, he gave me a reservation number.Before I could ask any other questions, he immediately transferred me to a company that did upsell for Radisson Hotel. I immediately felt concerned on how the call was handled and called the number again and spoke to a front desk representative. The front desk representative was cordial and very nice. However, I felt that my account had been compromised and immediately called my financial institution and canceled my card. Now I’m without a debit card for 3 to 5 days. Radisson Hotel should advise customers that their call it being outsourced, to accompany that’s really not affiliated with Radisson hotel, but can make reservations for them. I would like a callback from management, to explain why calls are being outsourced when you’re calling their direct number There is no number on their website to contact them.directly I had no other choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau hrlp and to warn other consumers.
