              In July of 2020 ********** of D's Audio) accepted a job to install a fully functional audio system in our home being built. *** committed to completing install and ensure it would be working by our target move-in date of Oct. The cost was in excess of $5,500 and we have currently paid Approx. 90% of this as he said he needed it to procure product, etc. It took a bit of rescheduling to get him out to do the preliminary wiring, but he did it last minute before they closed up our drywall. He collected his money for the pre-wire and asked for an advance to procure product quickly for completion. Once he cashed the second check everything stopped. Over the next 8 months he was never onsite and *** rarely would reply except to reschedule. We strongly INSISTED he finish or refund our entire money paid. Then he showed up one day for a few hours (installed 2 speakers in 30 min... worked on phone the balance of time). Never came back although he said only job would be done by 5/25/21.
