    To Whom It May Concern,

Upon arriving onsite, we removed a shower and replaced it with a tub/shower as per the estimate. The new unit was installed on 07-01-24. The owner specified the location for the grab bar installation, and we installed it exactly where she instructed. My employees confirmed this with me. It's important to note that the owner did not express any concerns about the grab bar's placement until the date of this letter.

After installing the unit, we scheduled a time to return to finish the drywall and miscellaneous work. My secretary arranged for ****** to let my employees in on 07-02-24, but no one was home. This had a negative impact on my business schedule and resulted in lost time that cannot be recouped. It is very inconsiderate and irresponsible of the owner to do this to us. The same situation occurred on 07-15-24 and 07-29-24 when our office had scheduled with her to finish the job,and she was a no-show again. This happened three times, showing a total lack of respect and causing significant disruptions to our busy work schedule. My secretary can confirm this.

Our office had scheduled another time to finish the job, which was the fourth time. Two employees and I returned to the job site to finish on 08-19-24.The statement that I would block her from moving freely in her house or block her from entering her bathroom is completely false and ridiculous! Both of my employees will testify to that fact. I explained to ****** that the "clips" holding the water pipes were only temporary because of drywall and plaster installation, and she agreed. She failed to mention that in the statement. She also failed to mention that she called the Marinette *************************** on us for no reason. You can verify this fact with the Marinette County Dispatchers office. I briefly spoke with the Sheriff's Deputy, and he then left. My employees and I do not trust this customer and will not return to her house for safety reasons. The owners never texted me; they do not have my cell phone number, which is another lie. There was cat vomit, urine, and f**** scattered about the bathroom work area, which I cleaned up so my employees could work in a more sanitary environment.

Upon completion of the project, I conducted a comprehensive walk-through with ******. She provided verbal approval and made full payment after her inspection. Our employee, ***** ****, witnessed this **********'s worth noting that this is the first time the ******************** has been involved in our business. Furthermore, in our 20-plus years of operation, our employees have never experienced such mistreatment from a customer.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Please type your response here.] I told **** before the job that ****** had to work different schedules and needed 48 hrs notice. The secretary called day of and left voice mail. These 3 times ****** was at work with no phone allowed. We have pictures of **** blocking the hallway so ****** could inspect. He. repeatedly asked for the balance and asked if she had cash in the house. That's why sheriff was called. The f**** that had to be cleaned up because the cat tipped it over. We would have cleaned it up but it happened that very morning. I had conversations on the phone with ****, and he lied to my face about appointment times. I corrected him but he said he would complete the job . The professionalism was lacking. His worker is lieing and was incompetent. I may take ad out in paper warning people of his workmanship. When you pay thousands of dollars you expect quality work. As for the garage bar, we asked for two ,one on each end.Very sloppy work!

    Regards,

    To Whom It May Concern,

Our secretary scheduled three separate times for work at the ******** with ******, but she was a no-show each time, as I clearly stated in our last correspondence. On the day of the scheduled work, neither ****** nor anyone else answered their phone when our secretary called, leaving myself and my workers waiting on site. Scheduling work is our secretary's primary responsibility, and the owner's statement regarding this matter is unequivocally false.

The owners may have pictures of me standing in their hallway between their kitchen and bathroom. This area was cramped and cluttered with items, and two people could not walk side by side in this area. There is absolutely no way that myself or one of my guys blocked anyone from accessing any part of their house. This statement is a complete and utter lie. The pictures they have are just snapshots in a split second and do not represent the scope and flow of work we were performing.

I only requested payment once, and it was when I asked ****** to come into the bathroom to inspect our work and give her approval after we had finished. She inspected our work and agreed to pay. It was her idea to pay with cash, although we also accept check and credit card payments. The Sheriff was called long before this incident occurred. The deputy informed me that the reason he was called was because I allegedly yelled at her, which is another false accusation. If you would like, I strongly encourage you to verify this with the Marinette **************************** I'm sure the call dispatch is time-stamped.

My employees that work for me are my most valuable investment. They are honest, diligent, and adhere to instructions. There has never been a time when they were disrespectful. The ******** may spread lies and tarnish the reputation of my employees, but the fact remains that we have exceptional individuals working in my company. The statements made by the ******** highlight why both my employees and I felt unsafe while on their property and have no intention of returning. We have a large number of satisfied customers who can attest to the quality of our work.

Thank you for concluding this matter.
