    Transaction dates 7/9/2024 $270.38 & 7/13/2024 $1,214.50=$1484.88 This was for a seasonal site #*** BL for the time frame of 9/03/2024 till 10/15/2024 We were sent a contract via Email with rules and regulations of the campground They refuse to set up meeting appointments said just drive up (2 Hours) stop in the office have them call us (***** and ***) we will meet at the office to help you, 7/13/24 went to office we were told it's Saturday they are too busy to meet with you 8/28/24 stopped in to meet with ***** to have him show us where to mark the driveway at the site. We were rudely told by *** "***** is not here to help us" after driving up 2 hours one was again very frustrated and disappointed in the service we were receiving as potential customers. *** the rude manager then sent *** who helped us mark the driveway and said " this will be poured this week". Drove through the campground on Friday 8/16/2024 and the driveway was not poured.Meanwhile on completion of reading their contract found many undisclosed charges for the seasonal site we didn't feel we wanted to pay extra for. So we called and left numerous phone messages with no response from them.***** told us read the contract if it's not agreeable we will refund your money, he complained about paying the 3% credit card fee so we told them we could write a check to accommodate them and this is the thanks we get in return.We then decided this is not the campground for us and Emailed Emrick Lake Campground asking for a full refund of the $1484.88 on 8/20/2024 with no response sent a 2nd Email reminding them we had not signed a seasonal contract and we were requesting a full refund on 8/27/2024 and again there has been no phone call or email to respond to this. Called the office on 8/19/2024 and the office person said they never give out refunds.I also let them know I would be filing a complaint with the BBB in the last Email so I guess that did not matter to them either.
