    **** in a text message to me, said ****'s bikes could be kept In the apartment. One is gas and was kept outside, the other is electric and kept in the apartment on a area rug. She has allowed 2 previous tenants in apt 5 to have cats. We are a 12 unit building, running on 1 washing machine. I've had 4 pair of socks come up missing. I was pushed out of a 21 year job bringing home $1100.00 twice a month to now bringing home 930 to 967 twice a month. Bills have doubled. This is a park like setting and doesn't look that way. **** left a voicemail being very rude and saying ***** took over. We have never met her. She had us meet with her son when we looked at the apartment and the day we signed and got the keys. She accused me of complaining too much in a voicemail. I do not text her unless there is a valid reason. We cannot afford more than $595.00 per month for rent. My boyfriend has had two bikes stolen from being locked up where we were advised to. These are motorized bikes. His current one would cost $1400.00 to replace. He bought with his Covid money. He had to call the police to get one back. We cannot get insurance on his bikes. I think she oversees too many properties. She is not a people person. I do not want any contact from her on this complaint!!!!! We want her to listen and acknowledge we are not problem tenants. I feel we need the washing machine issue addressed, the broken blacktop fixed in the driveway, and a free month of rent to all tenants of ****************************************************************. for the inconvenience of 1 washer, and NO EVICTIONS PERMANENTLY FOR ANY TENANT at **************************************************.
